The Annex II has already been all renovated, as well as the pool and the Ipê Bar & Grill restaurant. The Itaipu Restaurant, located in the Main Building, will be closed until September 2009 and the Tennis Court will remain closed until October 2009.
All deluxe and superior rooms are renovated. The non-renovated rooms are being sold as standard rooms.

From 01NOV09 to 31MAR10, all the renovations works will be suspended. As of 01APR10, the works will start again in the last building. The works will last until 31OCT10. By 01NOV10, the hotel will be 100% fully renovated.
