InterContinental keeps up tradition in best contemporary Spanish cuisine: eñe, the only Spanish restaurant in Rio.
Hotel InterContinental Rio, following the gastronomic tradition of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), offers this city since July 14 when the eñe was inaugurated a new restaurant option. Under the leadership of the Catalan chefs Sergio and Javier Torres, this restaurant of the best contemporary Spanish cuisine presents the classic Spanish dishes in a modern garment.

Pioneer in bringing well-known restaurants to the city – as it did 25 years ago when the Alfredo di Roma was inaugurated – InterContinental Rio celebrates its last launching as a continuation of a legacy. “Since the foundation of the InterContinental chain, our aim has been to offer our guests gastronomic experiences comparable to what they would find in the best local restaurants.
